Shipping policy
PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALES ARE EXPECTED. THIS HAPPENS DUE TO THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF ORDERS RECEIVED. ALWAYS PLAN YOUR ORDERS AHEAD OF TIME.
AS EVERY YEAR WE WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE LAST WEEK OF DECEMBER. THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING BETWEEN 12/24/25- 01/03/26 SHIPPING WILL RESUME ON 1/03/26 YOU CAN STILL PLACE YOUR ORDERS DURING OUR SHUTDOWN , HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL AFTER 1/03/26
FEDEX Does not deliver to PO Box and a PO/FPO addresses . FedEx is not an available shipping method for these states Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Shipping cost.
Shipping and charges are based on package weight and destination and are set by the carrier and not Bared Diamond. Bared Diamond offers free shipping on all orders over $100 excluding tax.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia will incur additional shipping fees because of this.
*Please note that our free shipping over $100 policy does not apply to the above states, U.S. territories, or countries because they must be shipped by air.
All orders to Australia and Canada will incur additional shipping costs as well as duties and fees that the customer is responsible for.
TRACKING ORDERS
Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly be advised that this email is meant to confirm that Bared Diamond has received and is reviewing your order. When your order is ready to ship, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with your order details and a tracking number that will lead you to your selected carrier site. Please be advised that the title for the products in your order will be transferred to you once your credit card is processed and your order is approved. In addition the liability for the products contained in the order is transferred to the carrier once Bared Diamond packages and ships your parcel and to you, once the shipment has been delivered to the address you have listed for your shipping address.
Secure of delivery
The security of your parcel cannot be guaranteed after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to securely receive shipments. If your parcels are delivered to your location and you are unable to receive the parcel face to face or in a secured mailbox or locker .Bared Diamond nor the shipping carriers will be held liable. We strongly encourage you to ensure your parcels are received securely.
